What does 'fully inclusive' car hire mean? Fully inclusive provides:
- Unlimited Mileage
- Third Party Insurance
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
- Theft Waiver (TW)
- Airport surcharges
- Bail Bonds (where required)
- All local taxes. An excess may apply in certain cases on CDW and TW
Can I drop my hire car off at a different location to where I picked it up? Picking up a car at one location and dropping off at another is usually not a problem but unfortunately we cannot process this online at this stage. There is often a charge payable at time of rental to do this and there are restrictions depending on car type and cross border locations. As such, please contact the team on 0870 814 6055 and they will be happy to book your one-way rental and advise you of any additional charges that may apply.
What if I have points on my driving license? Rental may be subject to a verification of your driving record. If a renter/driver does not meet the applicable rental requirements, including the guidelines for driver's licenses and driving records, they may be denied a rental. We are not responsible for the failure of any renter/driver to qualify for a rental under these requirements or guidelines. Rental privileges are denied if a driver's license is suspended or his/her record includes, but is not limited to, one of the following in the past three years:
- Reckless or careless driving resulting in bodily injury or property damage.
- Driving under the influence or driving while intoxicated.
- Three or more moving violations.
- Two or more accidents.
- Leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident.
- Operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
- Possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

What if I want two drivers to be insured on the car? At the time of booking the additional driver can be pre registered.
Do I need travel insurance cover? Yes, you should have travel insurance cover.
Do I need an International Driving License? A valid driver's license is required for all operators . The license must be valid at the time of rental and remain valid throughout the rental period. Driver's licenses accepted in the Asia are:
Any license issued by any US state, territory or possession
A license issued by a Canadian province
A license issued by a country that participated in the 1949 Geneva convention on Road Traffic or the 1943 Convention on the Regulation of Inter-American Automobile Traffic.
A license issued by a country that has a reciprocal agreement with the US.
The new photo ID style is not expectable and it is vital that you carry the old paper copy.
International Driver's Permits are only valid if presented with the original local license. An International Driver's permit it not acceptable by itself.
In addition, at the time of rental, the renter, authorized driver or additional driver may be subject to an electronic DMV check or may be required to sign a declaration attesting to the fact that they have a valid license that is not currently suspended, revoked, expired, cancelled or surrendered.
A temporary driver's license is acceptable provided it does not have any restrictions and is valid for the entire period of the rental.
Are makes & models guaranteed? A vehicle category is the classification system of the vehicles in the fleet based on size and number of doors. All vehicles are priced, booked and controlled by vehicle category, not by vehicle make or model. We can request a specific model however, this is a special request and cannot be guaranteed.
What documents must I take to the rental location? Please ensure that you carry all booking references and the reservation confirmation number with you. You will also need a credit card for a security deposit. You have a fully pre-paid voucher, however you will still be expected to present an acceptable credit card at the time of rental, a credit card imprint can be used as a holding deposit. Please note no money is actually taken from your card at this time. All major credit cards are accepted we regret that Switch cards are not expectable methods of payment.
