How do I become a registered user ? Go to our home page at AsiaTravel.Co.th and then click on the member’s Area link where there is a registration apply to new user , please fill in the form and and that is all we require for the registration process.
How do I use the FAQ help page ? To use FAQ help page, go to "FAQs" link on the top Right of the Home Page. Please refer to this should you require any assistance. We have tried to answer all the commonly asked questions on this page. If your question is not answered here, please contact your Travel Consultant if you have booked online.
How do I update my information regarding address /phone /email/password/credit card information ? Go to 'AsiaTravel.Co.th' on the Home Page. Sign in and click on "view registration ". This will bring up a page that will allow you to alter your details.
How long / short should my password be ? You can use letters and numbers to make up your password, which must be at least 5 characters long.
What should I do if I forget my password ? If you have forgotten your password when you try to sign in, click on "forgotten password" and we will email your password to you.
How can I subscribe / unsubscribe to the Newsletter ? You will be automatically subscribed to the newsletter when you register as an Asia Travel Co.th User, unless you uncheck the box to indicate you do not wish to receive it. If you are already a registered with Asia Travel Co.th and are not receiving the newsletter, please drop us an e-mail and let us know which email address or addresses you would like the newsletter sent to.
